Apply
Sign up as a therapist and complete onboarding — see Join Open Therapy.

Get verified
We check your registration against the national register. See

Set up payouts
Connect a Stripe account. You can’t take bookings until this is done — see
Set up payouts.

Go live
Publish your profile, set your availability, and start appearing in the directory.
What stays yours
Two rules are ours rather than yours, and both are deliberate: you never charge a client for a session you cancelled yourself, and a client who cancels after the start time pays the no-show rate rather than the late rate. See Cancellation policy.

Practitioners registered with Ahpra, Speech Pathology Australia, Dietitians Australia, PACFA or ACA. See Verification for what’s checked.Next
